• all meetings and consultations whether by phone, in person or electronically
  
  
• help in selecting a printer, requesting quotes and all printer communications
  
  
• help in selecting an copyeditor and working with them and you to refine your text
  
  
• front cover, spine, back cover and flaps for the jacket as well as selection/production of case material (hardcover); French flaps are an option if softcover
  
  
• production of all interior pages
  
  
• formatting front matter (which may include title page, copyright page, table of contents, acknowledgments, dedication, preface, foreword, introduction, or any combination thereof)
  
  
• formatting back matter (which may include references, bibliography, index, glossary biography, checklist, index, or any combination thereof)
  
  
• color proofs and/or black & white hard copy for your final pre-press approval
  
  
• color proofs/ozalids, trimmed and folded, from the printer for your final approval
  
  
• all files in high-resolution digital format
  
  
• CD-DVD shipped to the printer/publisher with color/black & white proofs and instructions; all follow-up required to ensure your printing is completely trouble-free for you
  
  
• CD-DVD shipped to you for your records and safekeeping
  
  
• any low-resolution or specially sized images of the cover you request for your print or email marketing materials
  
  
• the option of having printed marketing materials created for your book derived from the cover; the creation of these materials will be charged separately
